What is Aging to me? 

First of all aging is a privilege. As a 55 year old woman I don't see it as a bad thing. I look at aging as my body talking to me.  When I listen to it and watch it, I age gracefully. It's how I flow with the aging process and the state of mind I choose that counts. My mind is my most powerful aid.

Aging is a blessing. I know my body and self more each day. I've learned how to dance with my aging self; and I love it and I love myself more each year! Aging has carved many stories in my life. Each year something new. I'm easier on myself as I age. I respect my body more, as it tends to talk louder when I don't. 

Aging is wisdom.

The longer I live the more I learn. The more I'm grateful for being a wise woman with plenty of wisdom to share.

Aging is way bigger than I am. I can't beat Mother Nature. I age as healthy and gracefully as I can while embracing all I can learn from it.
