I started using AQ hydrate when I went to sauna or hot yoga. It prevents me from getting headaches and replenishes me. Before I would feel depleted after a class and water just wasn’t enough. It’s tasty and both the piña colada and the citron are delicious flavors and refreshing. It’s also great in the summer if you freeze it a bit and it turns into a slushy. I can’t have a lot of sugar, so it is perfect for me and my holistic doctors agree! Thank you for such an amazing product!

I’ve tried several electrolyte powders and this is one of the few that actually helps me feel hydrated instead of making me even thirstier after drinking it.
It mixes well and if you're sensitive to the strange aftertastes that many electrolyte products have, this one is definitely worth trying.
